Love

Some of the things that have been written about Circumstances Allowing.

If you can’t be bothered to read them, the upshot is that it’s just bloody marvellous. What else did you expect?

I’ll be honest, I visited your blog as a favour…and was just gonna skim read it… But I got hooked and read the lot!

Did the same as others, went for a nosy shufti and ended up really enjoying it.  Good stuff fella.

Those are some great words there Corax and most of them in the right order. It’s a good read and I look forward to more of it. Every home needs an Otterocelot.

Screw the Excel-fu, you do blog-fu. Very well indeed.

Really enjoyed reading that.  I’m nicking some of it for use in my stand up – the idea of Eastenders spin offs! Dot Cotton in the Detroit crack den and Sharon Watts as a new Kate Adie spending time in Syria!

This is one of most compelling pieces I have read in a long time (and I know some fab writers!) – love the humour intermingled with the deeper thoughts. An absolute joy to read. I can’t wait to read more from him.  Fantastic, amazing piece.

Corax: You’ve got the gift of words! Thank you so much for your transforming contribution.

I love the way you write, Corax. Alcoholism is an interesting subject – there aren’t too many lives untouched by addiction in one way or another and we’re still a very long way from really understanding its true nature. Musings and insight are illuminating and food for thought.

Wow! What a brilliant piece, Corax. You successfully were able to navigate (!) the waters (!) and cover the gamut of what REAL addiction looks like. That, by the way, is one of my life bucket list goals—to successfully show people how REAL and painful addiction is as opposed to the cardboard cutout media’s depiction.  Nicely done!

So there you go.  I can sleep easy now, letting the validation of strangers fill the gaping chasm deep within in my soul.
